Before You Book
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are seen, but booking ahead means far less waiting. Call +91 94147 96931 or use the appointment form, and reception will confirm a slot.
What does a consultation cost?
₹300 in clinic and ₹500 for an online consultation. Medicines, investigations and any in-clinic procedure are charged separately and are always quoted before they are done.
Is a sexual health consultation confidential?
Yes, completely. Consultations are private, records are not shared, and no one is asked to explain themselves in the waiting area. Treatment is given without judgement.
What should I bring?
Any earlier prescriptions, reports or test results, and the medicines you are currently taking — including creams and over-the-counter products. Photographs of the condition at its worst are useful if it comes and goes.
Can you treat my condition online?
Many conditions can be managed over a video consultation, especially follow-ups and second opinions. Anything needing close examination, a procedure or a biopsy will need a clinic visit — you will be told which applies to you.
Do you do laser hair removal, facials or anti-ageing treatments?
No. This is a medical practice for diseases of the skin, hair, nails and sexual health. Cosmetic and beauty procedures are not offered.
Do you remove warts, skin tags and moles?
Yes. Warts, genital warts, skin tags, molluscum, corns, seborrheic keratoses and similar growths are removed in the clinic, usually with radiofrequency cautery and local anaesthesia where needed. A mole is examined first and removed only when there is a medical reason to.
Does cautery hurt, and will it leave a mark?
Local anaesthetic is used where the site needs it, so the procedure itself is usually comfortable. A small scab forms and falls off over one to two weeks. Some temporary darkening at the site is normal on Indian skin and fades over a few months. You will be told beforehand what to expect for your particular lesion.
How much do procedures cost?
It depends on the lesion, how many there are and the site, so a price is quoted after examination and before anything is done. The consultation fee of ₹300 is separate. Nothing is carried out without telling you the cost first.
How do I book an appointment?

Can I bring a family member with the same problem?
Yes, and for fungal infection and scabies it is strongly advised. Both spread within a household, and treating only one person is the commonest reason the problem keeps coming back. Each person is seen and charged separately.
Do you treat children?
Yes. Children are seen for eczema, fungal infection of the scalp and body, molluscum, warts, scabies and other skin conditions, with medicines and doses chosen for their age and weight.
Will I need blood tests?
Only when they will change the treatment — for example hair fall, unexplained rashes, suspected STIs, or before starting certain long-course medicines. You will be told why a test is needed before you spend on it.
Are Tuesdays really closed?
Yes. The clinic is open Monday and Wednesday to Saturday, 9:00 am – 1:30 pm and 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm, and Sunday morning 9:00 am – 1:30 pm. Tuesday is closed.
Which languages are consultations in?
Hindi and English.
